Users can utilize this field to express whether certain elements are optional or mandatory, restricted, pending determination, or not applicable for a given transaction. It streamlines communication and ensures accurate processing by providing a standardized approach to convey the intended behavior or status of key features in the system.

    0 Optional Pass Value for Optional - The corresponding value or data associated with an optional feature or attribute.
    1 Required Pass Value for Required - The mandatory value or data associated with a required feature or attribute.
