4/15/2025 - Acumatica 2024 R2 - v242.2025.0415

  • Create Sales Order and Create Invoice from Opportunity and Quote will not stop another extension from executing.
  • Create Receipt from Sales order without saving Sales Order Document will execute without any error.
  • Create Service Order from Sales order without adding any line items in the conversion will will execute without any error
  • Resolved issue when Vendor ID error occurs during processing of a change request.
  • Resolved issue when Opportunity and Quote detail deletion would not delete corresponding SureTax settings.

  • Added Contract table in CCH Data Mapping Setup when WK.SureTax.Project is installed to the following forms:

    • Project Quotes
    • Pro Forma Invoice
  • Fixed copy and paste functionality issue.

2/20/2025 - Acumatica 2024 R2 - v242.2025.0220

  • Following changes were made to reduce ERP transaction count due to how Acumatica calculates this number making it increase when these forms were opened:
    • CCH Suretax Header and Line setup forms on the transaction menu have been moved to Tab section of the form as grids under existing CCH Suretax tab.
    • The CCH Suretax Tax Details button has been moved to the CCH Suretax tab's Call Logs grid.
    • CCH Suretax tab will have fowllowing three grids Header Setup, Line Setup and Call logs
    • For detailed UI changes, please refer to the User Guide
  • Fixed 'The previous operation has not completed yet' issue when Printing Sales Orders Report.
  • Fixed 'Error: object reference not set to an instance of an object' issue when updating Tax Provider

9/27/2024 - Acumatica 2024 R2

  • Financial Management, Field Service, Projects and Construction, and Address Validation are now supported.
  • Added the ability to calculate open transactions using SureTax settings, for transactions created before migrating to CCH SureTax.
    • Note: When this feature is enabled, it allows users to calculate tax using SureTax settings. It is highly recommended to disable this feature after calculating the taxes so that it doesn’t impact system performance.

07/10/2024 - Acumatica 2024 R1

  • Financial Management, Field Service, Projects and Construction, and Address Validation are now certified.
  • Moved the SureTax Header Setup and SureTax Line Setup menu items from the main screen.
  • Previously the Tax Agency (Vendor ID) was set to SXAGENCY and now it can be renamed on the SureTax Basic Setup form.

01/22/2024 - Acumatica 2023 R2

  • Financial Management, Field Service, Projects and Construction, and Address Validation are now certified.
  • Added support for Acumatica 2023 R2 release.
  • Added the ability to add freight cost using the Freight Tax category.
  • Added configuration for 'Return Taxes Based on' in Sales Configuration that adds the ability to save taxes using the Tax Authority Type (current default is Tax Authority Name), which displays unique taxes by tax authority level on the transaction.
